Q. How many messages can I have in the series sent to my list?
A. You can set up a total of 20 messages in the system for automatic delivery, and send out manual messages as needed.
Q. Can I personalize the messages?
A. Absolutely! Personalize all messages with Name and Email addresses. Plus up to 23 additional subscriber specific fields. Amazing!
Q. How else can I customize the email messages?
A. When you enroll in the Gain Response
system, you can automatically "subscribe" to the prospecting emails your referring
system recommends. Thereafter, you can customize them as you wish.

Q. Can the messages have pictures, or just text?
A. Both. You can format your messages as
plain text or in HTML ... you choose! There's even an HTML Editor that will
convert simple text into HTML code. The HTML Editor will even create hyperlinks
and email links automatically. Exclusive feature! 
Q. How can I update and manage my list?
A. With TSW Responder, you can easily update list subscriber information. Our new Reporting feature will allow you to search your database for subscribers and update their records, stop further autoresponder messages from being sent or delete them completely. AND, there's a Client Side Control Panel. This HTML-based control panel will allow you to add and delete subscribers from your list and change an email address of someone on your list. This HTML document is saved to your computer for easy access to these frequently used functions. Exclusive feature!
Q. Can I use my TSW Leads in this system?
A. Yes! In fact, not only can you import to, or export from your TSW Responder database, you can actually order leads while you're in your TSW Responder system. TSW Success Leads load into the TSW Responder very simply.
Q. What if I have "bad" email addresses in my list?
A. There is an Undeliverable Email Filter that will automatically remove bad email addresses from the database, so you don't have to worry about this task.
Q. What if a prospect sends a message to my TSW Responder?
A. Our email filter system will forward to you any message a prospect sends to your TSW Responder email address.
Q. What if I want to exclude certain types of email addresses?
A. A domain-specific Email Reject Filter allows you to determine which domains you will not allow to subscribe to your list. Example: hotmail accounts are often over quota and undeliverable.
Q. How can I tell who is visiting my TSW Responder?
A. Quick Stats tells you the number of new subscribers in the past 24 hours and the past 7 days. Complete stats are also available: total subscriber number, including active and archived (archived means they have received all the follow up messages), what message number the active members will receive next and which message number a subscriber removed themselves from your list.
